Tell Me About Them “Personality”:
* Like the cat she was, Ellen's very curious. She'll look up things in a heartbeat if she's curious about something, but she'll most likely take it too far if it's the first time she's doing it.
* She still holds guilt from her jealous-fueled time as a villain. Of course, this has also made her a better person as she learns from it and can teach others.
* She's scared of ghosts. And monsters. So ghost Pokemon might not be the best thing she starts with.
* She's still new to the whole friends bit and making new friends in strange places, so she might just hide away from time to time.
* As a former villain, Ellen understands the ins and outs of such things and how they change people and uses the time to help others as she doesn't want others to suffer the same way she did.
* She can be very embarrassing to herself and others - like accidentally saying Hummy should be the subject of sandbuilding or her first day of school.

After Pretty Cure All Stars New Stage 2
[History]: Ellen's story starts... as a cat. A member of Minor Land, she started her life as Seiren, a cat with the ability to shapeshift. A loner by nature, she ended up being befriended by a fellow feline named Hummy. The two got together pretty well and learned they both had a thing for music. However, things got bad when Queen Aphrodite, ruler of Major Land, chose Hummy to sing a magical tune known as the Melody of Happiness. This made Seiren jealous and angry, allowing the evil Mephisto (no relation to that Marvel villain) to bring her to his side. Together, the two scattered the notes pertaining to the Melody of Happiness, sending them to Kanon Town. Their goal? Recover them and use them to sing the Melody of Sorrow, a tune that would drive everyone to despair.
Of course, that would be too easy without heroes, would it? Enter Hibiki and Kanade, Cures Melody and Rythym, who'd fight to save those magical notes and spare the world from that horrible noise. Seiren would deal with the girls, inducing a number of disguses (thanks to her shapeshifting powers) and a few false flag operations, including one involving the mysterious Masked Muse. During this, Hummy kept reaching out to her old friend. Mephisto caught this and brainwashed Seiren to stop that. However, it didn't stick -- at the brink of victory, Hummy's reassurances that they'd still be friends even after the Melody of Sorrow was sung drove Seiren into an emotional confusion, initiating one last shapeshift... into a Precure! Still emotionally confused, she rescued Hummy then ran.
Stuck in her Ellen form, she wandered lost and confused. Encountered by not only Hibiki, Kanade and Hummy, but also her former teammates Trio the Minor, she found herself teetering between good and evil once more. However, it was an encounter with a young boy that would finally make her understand that, though she can never take back the harmful things she did, she can always make up for them and that she's never alone. With that, she joined Hibiki and Kanade as Cure Beat. During this time, the two girls would help Ellen get settled in with life on Earth, thinking she could never go back to her old world. However, fate conspired to bring her back when the Fairy Tones pushed themselves to near death after they lost the notes they gathered. Together, the trio would retreive the Healing Box and the Cresendo Tone inside.
Soon after, the girls would find themselves fully confronting Mehpisto himself and the Masked Muse would fully reveal herself in the process: the Masked Muse was actually young Ako Shirabe, Queen Aphrodite's daughter and Cure Muse, and Mephisto himself was her father, the long missing king! Together, they were able to convince Ako to get them to help her and they rescued Mephisto. However, happy times came to a halt when a mysterious force took over Major Land and Queen Aphrodite, forcing the five to head back and save her.
Things got worse as the real threat reared its ugly head - Noise, the being who turned Mephisto against everyone and started the chain of events. Seeking to destroy all music, he turned everyone in both worlds to stone and pushed the teams to the breaking point, finally defeating him not by force but by acceptance. With Noise purified and the worlds safe once more, the four prepare for an easier life, but willing to take up their powers if needed.
That moment came quickly when the creature known as Fusion re-appeared, four years after being defeated. Allied with five other Precure teams, Ellen and her friends vanquished Fusion, only to learn later that they only managed to split him into pieces. At the urging of the various mascot creatures, the Suite girls began the hunt for Fusion, leading to a run-in with Miyuki Hoshizora, the leader of the new Precure team Smile Precure, and Ayumi Sakigame, who had found and befriended a piece of Fusion whom she called "Fuu-chan". As Fuu-chan made his move, the other Cures returned to stop Fusion from damaging the city he was in and allowing Ayumi, as Cure Echo, to save him from himself.
A little while later, the Precure teams were invited to join a party at the Fairy Academy in their honor. What they didn't realize was that it was actually a trap by a creature known as Kage, who was spurred on by the jealousy of one of the students at the Academy. Stripped of their fairy partners and their transformation devices, the teams were rescued by Mana Aida's team, DokiDoki Precure, who wasn't invited to the party as the others were, but were invited by Miyuki. In the process, Ellen would confront the student and, together with another Cure - Setsuna Higashi, Cure Passion - would help get him to understand that just because something looks scary doesn't mean they were. Once Kage had been subdued, the Cures helped rebuild the Academy and had a REAL party.

* Cure Module - the brooch-like transformation device she uses to turn into Cure Beat. Doubles as a flute.
* Sory and Lary - Ellen's Fairy Tones. Allows her to transform and access her Cure Beat form's powers.
